Andrei Shesternev – Founder & Owner
Andrei Shesternev is the visionary behind 1st International Auto Group. A graduate of Belarus College, he founded the dealership in 2012 with a clear goal: to redefine the used car buying experience. His passion for automobiles, particularly vintage BMWs, is evident in the dealership’s carefully curated inventory. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality, Andrei has built 1st International Auto Group into a trusted name in the New England automotive market. When not immersed in the automotive world, he can often be found exploring the great outdoors, with a particular interest in conquering the world’s 20,000-foot peaks.
Volodymyr (Vlad) Vitichuk – General & Service Department Manager
Vlad is a cornerstone of 1st International Auto Group, having joined the team in 2013 as our inaugural service department manager. A graduate of Kyiv National Linguistic University, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to his role. Beyond his professional life, Vlad is a dedicated husband, passionate woodworker, and avid traveler. As a Manchester United fan, he’s often found cheering on his team while enjoying a craft beer. His commitment to safety is evident in his OSHA certification and NH state inspector license, ensuring our customers and team are always protected.
Ivan Berkovich – Sales Department Manager
Ivan is our dedicated Sales Manager with a passion for exceeding customer expectations. He joined 1st International Auto Group in 2021. Before diving into the world of sales, he honed his competitive spirit as an Olympic swimming hopeful. Today, his thrill-seeking nature finds fulfillment in the skies, where he expertly pilots everything from single to multi-engine aircraft. When he’s not soaring through the air, Ivan can be found on the open road, revving his motorcycle or cheering on his favorite racing teams. As a driven individual, he’s currently pursuing further knowledge at Southern New Hampshire University.
Ibragim (Iba) Khadzhimuratov – Finance Manager
Ibragim is an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager, bringing a wealth of knowledge to our team. With an F&I Certificate of Excellence, he ensures our clients receive top-tier financial guidance. Beyond his professional expertise, Ibragim is a passionate enthusiast of both wrestling and chess, demonstrating his competitive spirit and strategic thinking.
Olga Yurkevich – Controller
Olga is our dedicated Controller, a valued member of 1st International Auto Group since its founding. Balancing her role as a devoted mother and wife with her professional responsibilities, Olga brings a strong commitment to excellence to our team. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active through workouts and cheering on her children at their sporting events and creative endeavors.
Scott Cross – Lead Automotive Technician
Scott is our highly skilled Lead Automotive Technician with an impressive 23 years of experience in the industry. He specializes in complex repairs such as timing chain and belt replacements, as well as carbon cleans. Committed to continuous professional development, Scott is currently working towards his Automotive Service Excellence certification. As a licensed NH state inspector, he ensures that every vehicle leaving our shop meets the highest safety standards. In his free time, Scott enjoys the thrill of side-by-side riding and the tranquility of fishing.
Nathan Daneau – Automotive Technician
Nate is an A-level automotive technician specializing in engine repairs and advanced diagnostics. He’s known for tracking down complex drive ability issues and delivering quality, reliable repairs. Outside the shop, he’s passionate about drifting and motorsports, and when the weather’s right, you’ll find him riding his Harley Davidson.
Evgeny Malozemlin – Automotive Technician
Evghenii is a seasoned automotive technician with over three decades of experience. He began his journey in car repair working alongside his brother in a family-owned garage. Over the years, Evghenii has honed his skills and expertise in the automotive industry. Recently, he decided to turn his passion into a career by joining the 1st International Auto Group. When he’s not immersed in automotive work, Evghenii enjoys the tranquility of fishing and the thrill of mushroom foraging.
Cameron Daneau – Detailer
Cam is a professional detailer who takes pride in making every vehicle look its best. He pays close attention to detail and never cuts corners. He’s passionate about motorsports and treats every car like it matters. When the weather’s good, he enjoys riding his Harley and spending time around machines.
